Take your seat in the Wilderness Gallery for an evening full of taste, talent, and Tasmanian produce. For one night only, chefs from Tasmania’s most iconic destinations – Freycinet Lodge, Pumphouse point, Strahan Village and Cradle Mountain Hotel, join forces at Cradle Mountain Hotel to celebrate local growers and makers.

Five course degustation featuring mountain game meats and hand selected ingredients from the North-West Region. Each course prepared by a chef from Tasmania’s finest resorts.

Pairing wines for each course, all locally produced from Bangor, Dr Edge and Invercarron vineyards.

Hosted by MC Peter Dredge from Dr.Edge wines, you’ll have the chance to meet the makers and hear the stories behind each delicious drop. Each chef will also share the inspiration behind their dish and the ingredients used.
