Chefs on the Mountain brings together the chefs from Tasmania’s iconic destinations – Freycinet Lodge, Pumphouse Point, Strahan Village and Cradle Mountain Hotel – for a one-night-only five-course degustation dinner. Savour local game meats and produce from the North West region, paired with Tasmanian wines, all served amongst the art in the Cradle Mountain Wilderness Gallery.
